If you are a Business Process oriented and passionate skilled with expertise knowledge and experience in leading a gamut of Procurement, Planning and Warehouse function, Emerson has an exciting role for you We are looking for a Materials Manager to lead our Pressure Management, Chengalpattu, MWC team. This role will Lead and empower the team to provide excellent planning and purchasing solutions with accurate inventory control and logistics solutions ensuring to fulfill Business targets in adherence to the company internal policies and standards.

In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:
Responsible for Purchasing, Warehousing, Material and Production Planning, Sub- contracting, Inventory management and Logistics (in-bound and out-bound)
Meet Business Monthly Target (Budget, POR, Inventory), manage External parties (Customer & Supplier) – RDSL
Strategize, Establish and Monitor Planning and Purchasing procedures, rules, guidelines and making progress to align with business and corporate plan




Make sure company's supply chain is functional at every given point in the time thru optimal and steady inflow of material with productive logistic cost.
Accurately & Timely report out Monthly / Annually Performance result to Top Management
Drive Supplier performance and Service Level Improvements through periodical reviews and align with Power BI Dashboards
Ensure timely resolution on issues related to inward stores and quality linked with supplies.
Coordinate with internal and external parties to meet the company's need
Lead Material team to realize short, medium- and long-term objectives.
Identify and remove obstacles and to meet the company target by taking immediate action on issues, by working closely with internal and external parties
Predict spike, manage orders, special configuration, extra ordinary demand from customers and deliver results
Identify improvement and update inventory based on ABC Classification as n
