The Chance

In this role you will support Contingent Workforce Procurement
Administer contractor onboarding processes including compliance, rate validation, review, SOW/Contract creation and contract management.
Ensure adherence to local labour regulations and internal governance requirements
Support sourcing and management of contingent workforce suppliers (umbrella companies – AOR and EOR, independent contractors and Vendor Contractors)
Assist in rate benchmarking, cost control,



and utilisation tracking across regions
Maintain preferred supplier panels and support vendor performance reviews

Procure-to-Pay (P2P) Operations
Execute end-to-end P2P activities including:
Act as a key point of contact for procurement queries from internal stakeholders
Drive compliance with procurement policies and approval workflows
Identify and resolve process inefficiencies within P2P cycle

Systems & Data Management
Act as a super-user for procurement systems (e.g. ERP- Oracle, P2P platforms, if applicable)
Maintain accurate WIP, supplier and contract data in systems
Generate procurement reports (contractor numbers, spend, supplier performance, compliance) to:
Analyse spend data
Track contractor costs and trends
Support budgeting and forecasting
Support system enhancements, testing, and process improvements
