Adobe is hiring an experienced Senior Partner Marketing Manager to manage marketing relationships with key India and global alliance partners. The role involves completing joint strategic partner marketing plans. This individual contributor role requires experience in managing collaborators, building consensus, project management, co-marketing, and cross-functional marketing
What You'll Do
Build and own joint marketing plans with partners to drive pipeline creation and progression across channels (events, content, thought leadership, social, etc.)
Manage partner marketing budgets, including investment planning, allocation, and performance evaluation
Identify and drive strategic engagement opportunities with senior leadership (internal and customer-facing)
Partner with regional and in-country teams to deliver campaigns and coordinate partner participation in Adobe flagship and third-party events
Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, PR/AR, Partner Sales, Product, Enablement, and Operations to execute and optimise joint marketing initiatives
Track and report on performance metrics, providing insights through dashboards and regular updates
Support key Adobe announcements and amplify partner collaboration opportunities
Develop customer success stories and joint value propositions to showcase partnership impact
What You'll Need to Succeed
15+ years’ experience in enterprise marketing within the tech industry, including 7+ years in partner marketing
Strategic thinker and problem solver with solid written and verbal communication skills
Experience managing budgets, including tracking utilisation, outcomes, and compliance
Proven ability to navigate complex organisational structures and collaborate effectively across multiple stakeholders
Comfortable operating in quick-paced, high-pressure environments and through ambiguity or change
Ability to design and implement scalable programs quickly and effectively
