Job Description
Deputy Manager-EngineeringTo ensure compliance of service floor activity
Key Roles/Responsibilities:
To efficiently plan, budget and timely execution of projects/modification jobs.
To regularly monitor project and engineering budget and expenses.
To review Budgets, BOQs, and verification of engineering materials.
To implement best practices to comply quality, safety & regulatory requirements.
To Prepare, ensure and monitor compliance of SOPs and related documentation of engineering department.
To initiate Change controls and Deviations, CAPA in electronic system as per the need.
To participate & supervise qualification & requalification of machine/equipment and provide functional support for qualification, validation and calibration activity.
To implement work discipline among workmen in consultation with engineering manager.
To keep awareness of operational standards (ISO 14001, ISO 45001 & 13485).
To follow the regulations of various agencies (USFDA, EU, TGA, MHRA, ANVISA, WHO, Schedule M etc.).




To participate actively in DMS, OE and EHS activities and engagement in the process.
To review Layouts, Engineering and equipment drawings, and coordination with corporate projects, consultants, vendors, and users for necessary changes.
To support for achieving the targeted production by ensuring smooth, productive, uninterrupted and trouble-free operation and maintenance of water plant, HVAC and other utility equipment as per SOPs.
To check & monitor operation, filter cleaning, filter replacement and preventive maintenance activity related to HVAC, water system, and utility as per SOP.
To check & review Utility, water system and HVAC Log books.
To Comply all the statutory requirements as applicable and to maintain positive documentation & record keeping practices.
To identify area of energy conservation and take operational and technological measures for effective utilization of energy.
