Job Description:

We are seeking a energetic Banca-Assurance Product Manager with 3 to 4 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a robust background in Banca-assurance, product management, and a solid understanding of technology integrations, APIs, and Scrum methodology.

Key Responsibilities:
Product Strategy: Develop and execute product strategies for Banca-assurance offerings, aligning with company objectives and market demands.
Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with internal stakeholders including business development, technology teams, and senior management to ensure product success.
Market Analysis: Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive threats. Use insights to inform product decisions.
Technology Integration: Work closely with technology teams to leverage integrations, APIs, and digital platforms to enhance product functionality.
Scrum Methodology:



Apply Scrum principles to manage product development processes, including sprint planning, backlog grooming, and daily stand-ups.
Product Development: Lead the product development lifecycle from ideation to launch, ensuring regulatory compliance and customer satisfaction.
Performance Monitoring: Define key metrics and monitor product performance. Implement improvements based on data-driven insights.
Customer Focus: Gather customer feedback and conduct user testing to iterate products and enhance customer experience.
Cross-functional Collaboration: Foster collaboration across departments to drive product initiatives and ensure alignment with business goals.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, or a related field. MBA or advanced degree preferred.

3 to 4 years of experience in Banca-assurance product management within the financial services industry.
