Role & Responsibilities
Design, develop, and deploy custom ServiceNow applications and workflows using ServiceNow Studio, Flow Designer, and Scripted Business Rules.
Configure and manage ServiceNow modules including Incident, Problem, Change, Service Catalog, and CMDB to align with client SLAs and operational governance.
Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions, ensuring usability, scalability, and performance.
Integrate ServiceNow with third-party tools (e.g., Splunk, Slack, Microsoft Teams, Okta) via REST/SOAP APIs and MID Server.
Perform system upgrades,



patching, and troubleshooting; conduct performance tuning and maintain platform security best practices.
Document technical designs, maintain code repositories, and mentor junior developers on ServiceNow development standards.
