As a Product Manager, you will be responsible for defining and leading the product strategy for AI-driven user interactions, strategically integrating advanced capabilities within an evolving technological landscape. Leverage large language models (LLMs) to advance generative AI technologies, partner with cross-functional teams to navigate products through the entire lifecycle, bridging the technical and business domains.

Position Responsibilities
Directly lead, develop, and coach a team of UX/UI/and Business Analysts, setting clear performance expectations, KPIs, and career development plans. Consistently hold 1:1’s and track performance across the product management team to ensure that organizational goals are met within the specified dates.




Own the product strategy and roadmap for Google Operations user quality ranking systems.
Establish product requirements and author comprehensive specifications, partnering with engineering teams to ensure the successful delivery of high-quality features and solutions.
Conceptualize and execute go-to-market strategies in collaboration with business and operations users to drive the successful launch of current products.
Optimize the activation funnel by leveraging data and user research to eliminate friction and accelerate time-to-value.
Improve recent user experience through discovery and promotion of core, differentiated features.
Analyze key performance metrics and leverage data-driven insights to evaluate product health and identify prospects for continuous improvement.
Define key metrics for measuring ranking quality, relevance, and user impact. Design and build test strategy and other experiments to evaluate changes and make data-driven decisions.
