Key Responsibilities:
Payroll Management:
Manage payroll processing using payroll software.
Ensure accurate and timely payroll calculations and disbursements.
Onboarding and Induction:
Coordinate and facilitate the onboarding process for current employees.
Prepare onboarding materials and conduct induction sessions.
Employee Engagement:
Develop and implement employee engagement initiatives.
Monitor employee satisfaction and provide support as needed.
Grievance Handling:




Address employee grievances promptly and professionally.
Facilitate conflict resolution and provide guidance on HR policies.
Exit Formalities:
Manage the exit process for departing employees.
Ensure completion of all exit documentation and procedures.

Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum 2 years of experience in HR operations or a similar role.
Proficiency in payroll software and HR management systems.
Robust communication and interpersonal skills.
Knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
