We are looking for a talented and experienced SAP professional to join our team as a Senior Specialist. You will play a crucial role in driving the success of our SAP-S4 HANA Functional - Delivery department. Your expertise in SAP ABAP development will be instrumental in designing and implementing cutting-edge technical solutions across various SAP modules. As a Senior Specialist, you will collaborate closely with functional teams, ensuring seamless integration and high-quality outcomes. Responsibilities
Lead and mentor a team of SAP ABAP developers, providing technical guidance and support.
Design, develop, and implement SAP applications, ensuring optimal performance and scalability.
Collaborate with functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
Ensure code quality, conduct code reviews, and enforce best practices in development.
Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues,



providing timely support to the team.
Stay updated with the latest SAP technologies and trends, driving innovation within the department.
Document and maintain technical specifications, ensuring knowledge transfer and continuity.
Participate in project planning, estimating effort, and providing accurate timelines.
Conduct user acceptance testing (UAT) and ensure successful go-live of SAP projects.
Foster a culture of continuous improvement, encouraging team members to enhance their skills.

Qualifications
Minimum 8 years of experience in SAP ABAP development, with a robust understanding of SAP modules.
Proven experience in leading and managing SAP development teams, demonstrating robust leadership skills.
Expertise in SAP ABAP programming, including OOPs concepts, Web Dynpro, and SAPUI5.
Knowledge of SAP S/4HANA and its architecture is highly preferred.
