-Director of Sandoz End-to-end accountability for Sandoz’s global multi-cloud platforms, including end-to-end Service Delivery, Engineering, and Operations. The position leads the strategic direction and implementation of cloud architecture, security, governance, and continuous evolution of capabilities across multi-cloud environments.

Strategy & service portfolio leadership
Deliver the global cloud strategy aligned to enterprise architecture and business priorities, with measurable impact in platform resilience, delivery speed and cost efficiency.
Own the Cloud services portfolio and roadmap to meet agreed service levels (availability, performance, recoverability and capacity) while optimising total cost of ownership and standardising platform offerings.
Support the integration of Sandoz Cloud platform capabilities with the adoption of SaaS product adoption like SAP Rise
Partner with the Cloud Service Providers to build a strategic partnership

Platform engineering
Ensure services Champion Infrastructure as Code (IaC),



CI/CD pipelines, and DevOps/DevSecOps methodologies to accelerate delivery and reduce operational toil.
Implement configuration management and orchestration tools (Terraform, Ansible, Kubernetes) to drive operational efficiency.

Operational excellence, security & compliance
Maintain secure, secure and compliant operations across regulated (GxP) and non‑regulated settings, achieving audit‑ready controls, timely remediation of findings and sustained adherence to governance standards.
Deliver resilient and compliant services that meet agreed availability and performance targets, enabling predictable release execution and supporting SAP transformation milestones in partnership with application and business teams.
