We are seeking a highly accomplished, detail-oriented, and driven Lead Accountant to lead and strengthen our accounting operations. This role demands a qualified with solid technical expertise, exceptional analytical ability, and a proactive mindset to manage complex accounting processes across multiple entities.
The ideal candidate will demonstrate ownership, intellectual rigor, and a commitment to excellence while ensuring financial accuracy, regulatory compliance,



and continuous process improvement.

Key Responsibilities

Financial Management & Reporting
Lead end-to-end accounting operations including General Ledger, Accounts Payable, and Intercompany accounting.
Manage and maintain Fixed Assets Register, including capitalization, depreciation, disposals, and compliance with accounting standards.
Oversee accounting for prepaid expenses, advances to vendors, and ensure accurate amortization and tracking.
Drive timely and accurate month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close processes.
Perform and review bank reconciliations and balance sheet reconciliations, ensuring timely resolution of discrepancies.
Handle foreign exchange accounting, including revaluation and gain/loss recognition.
Manage multi-entity accounting, ensuring consistency and accuracy across entities.
Perform intercompany accounting and reconciliation, including cost-plus
