The ServiceNOW Architect will play a key role in the digital transformation of the business into using the ServiceNOW Platform.
This individual will be responsible for the overall technical architecture, ServiceNOW code standards, and best practices for delivering ServiceNOW to the business.
This individual will work with key business units and managers in order to envision, roadmap, and build scalable solutions and processes, supporting maintenance, continual service improvement and recent capabilities of the ServiceNOW Platform.
Responsibilities:
Responsible for all aspects of the lifecycle of the ServiceNow platform, including design, development, planning, implementation, configuration, and ongoing support
Perform ServiceNOW implementation tasks including but not limited to: configuration, integration and testing
Facilitate rollout of current applications and modules and configure Application UI and workflows
Develop systems integrations and process automation fully utilizing the platform s workflow capabilities,



including Flow Designer
Working knowledge of Mobile and Virtual Agent
Support, edit, and create integrations to other products and services including the use of Integration Hub and Orchestration, APIs, and relation transform mappings
Customize ServiceNOW configurations, including custom scripts, workflows and orchestration activities
Offer technical solutions to address complex requirements
Reviews technology projects, analyze business requirements, recommends system changes, writes technical specifications, and implements system and system changes to address changing application requirements.
Develops project plans to direct technology activities either in support of application projects or as independent work activities.
Requirements/Qualifications:
Bachelor ;amp;#39;s degree or equivalent work experience
5+ Years in Administration
