Experience: 1–3 Years in Field Sales (NBFC/Gold Loans preferred)
Core Requirements:-
Skills: Robust local language fluency Marathi and excellent negotiation skills.
Mobility: Must have a Two-Wheeler and a valid Driving License for extensive local travel.
Technical Knowledge: Basic understanding of gold valuation and KYC procedures is a major plus.
