Work independently and grow as a Subject Matter Expert (SME).
Actively contribute and participate in team discussions.
Provide solutions to complex work-related challenges.
Lead and mentor junior team members.
Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery.
Skilled & Technical Skills:
Must Have:
Proficiency in SAP HCM On Premise ABAP.
Hands-on experience in ABAP development for SAP HCM modules.
Robust understanding of SAP HR processes and configurations.
Experience in SAP HCM data modeling.
Valuable to Have:
Experience or knowledge in SAP Data Migration.
Familiarity with SAP ABAP Cloud.
Additional Information:
This role is based in our Bengaluru office.
A minimum of 3 years of relevant experience is required.
Candidate must have completed 15 years of full time education.
