Key Responsibilities
Identify, recruit, and onboard current affiliates and media partners globally
Build and maintain strong relationships with affiliates and advertisers
Monitor campaign performance, traffic quality, and optimization metrics
Coordinate with internal operations and media buying teams for campaign scaling
Negotiate payouts, caps,



and campaign terms with partners
Analyze ROI, EPC, CTR, CR, and revenue performance
Ensure high-quality and fraud-free traffic delivery
Manage daily communication through Skype, Telegram, WhatsApp, Slack, and Email
Generate revenue growth through affiliate partnerships and campaign scaling
Stay updated with the latest industry trends and traffic sources
Prepare daily and weekly performance reports

Requirements
1–3 years of experience in Affiliate Marketing / Performance Marketing
Solid understanding of CPL, CPI, CPA, CPS, SOI, DOI, and mobile app campaigns
Knowledge of affiliate networks, tracking platforms, and traffic sources
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Comfortable working in a target-driven environment
Good Excel and reporting skills
Ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously
Prior experience in international affiliate marketing or mobile app promotion is preferre
