Speech Language Pathologist (SLP)-Role Overview
The Speech Language Pathologist will be responsible for assessment, diagnosis, intervention planning, therapy implementation, caregiver counseling,
and multidisciplinary coordination for children with communication, speech, language, feeding, and social interaction difficulties.
The position offers extensive clinical exposure in pediatric neurodevelopmental rehabilitation with prospects for interdisciplinary learning, advanced therapeutic approaches, academic discussions, and community outreach program.
Key Responsibilities
Assessment & Evaluation
Conduct detailed speech, language, communication, feeding, and swallowing assessments
Identify receptive and expressive language difficulties
Assess articulation, phonology, fluency, voice, and social communication skills
Evaluate prelinguistic and pre-communication skills in young children
Perform oral motor and feeding assessments
Develop individualized therapy goals and treatment plans
