SAP S/4HANA Transformation – Project Systems (PS) Consultant

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced SAP S/4HANA Project Systems (PS) Consultant to
support end-to-end S/4HANA transformation and implementation projects. The
consultant will work under the guidance of a PS Lead or Solution Architect and
contribute to configuration, testing, data migration support, and post–go-live
stabilization of project-based business processes.

This role focuses on hands-on functional delivery across Project-to-Cash (P2C),
project costing, and integration with Finance and Logistics, aligned with SAP
S/4HANA best practices.

Key Responsibilities

SAP PS Configuration & Support
Configure and support SAP S/4HANA Project Systems including:
Project structures (WBS, Networks, Activities)
Cost Planning and Budgeting
Availability Control
Project Settlement and Results Analysis
Support Project-to-Cash (P2C) and Project-to-Result processes.

S/4HANA Transformation Support




Support ECC to S/4HANA conversion or greenfield implementations.
Apply S/4HANA PS simplifications and best practices.
Assist in Fit-to-Standard (F2S) workshops and requirement clarification.

Integration & Collaboration
Work closely with FI, CO, MM, SD, PM, and HR teams to ensure seamless
integration.
Support integration with Procurement, Billing, and Financial Accounting.
Coordinate with technical teams (ABAP, interfaces) on RICEFW objects
impacting PS.

Testing & Data Migration
Prepare and execute unit testing and SIT test cases for PS scenarios.
Support UAT, resolve functional defects, and provide clarifications to
business users.
Assist with data migration validation for projects, WBS elements, budgets,
and open transactions.

Go-Live & Hypercare
Support cutover activities for open projects and financial balances.
Provide hypercare support, troubleshooting PS-related issues.
