We are looking for a Senior Java Developer to join our engineering team and help design, build, and maintain a scalable microservices platform. This role is ideal for a hands-on backend engineer with robust Java expertise, system design skills, and experience delivering secure, high-quality backend services.
Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, and maintain backend services for a large-scale microservices platform.
Translate business and application requirements into technical solutions.
Build secure, reliable, and high-performance RESTful APIs and message-driven services.
Contribute to architecture decisions, code quality, and engineering best practices.
Collaborate with product, QA, and client-facing teams.
Mentor junior developers and provide technical guidance.

Required Skills
8+ years of backend development experience with Java (preferably Java 17+).




Solid hands-on experience with Spring Boot 3.x.
Experience with Spring Data MongoDB.
Spring Security with OAuth2/JWT.
Microservices architecture and RESTful API development.
Message-driven architecture.
Gradle multi-module builds.
Docker containerization.
Unit testing using JUnit/TestNG with Mockito.
Cloud experience (preferably Azure).
Solid communication and client interaction skills.
Experience mentoring junior developers.

Nice to Have
Flutter/Dart or other mobile development experience.
CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions).
Knowledge of Lombok, Thymeleaf, and OpenTelemetry.
