HR Intern (Remote/Work From Home) Company: AARVION Services India Private Limited Location: Remote (Work From Home) Internship Duration: 5 Months Working Days: 6 Days a Week Working Hours: 5.5 Hours per Day (5 Working Hours + 30 Minutes Break) Stipend : Rs.3000/Month About the Chance AARVION Services India Private Limited is looking for a passionate, proactive, and career-oriented HR Intern to join our growing team. This internship offers hands-on exposure to core Human Resource functions, including recruitment, employee engagement, HR operations, compliance, documentation, and organizational development.

Responsibilities

Key Roles & Responsibilities
Assist in end-to-end recruitment activities, including sourcing, screening, shortlisting, scheduling interviews, and candidate coordination.
Support employee onboarding and induction processes.
Maintain employee records, HR documentation, and databases.
Assist in preparing HR reports, trackers, and MIS reports.
Coordinate attendance, leave management, and employee records.




Support payroll-related activities and documentation.
Assist in drafting and implementing HR policies and procedures.
Ensure compliance with labour laws and statutory requirements.

Requirements

Educational Qualification
Graduate in any discipline (B.Com, BBA, BBM, with HR specialization).
Candidates with an MBA/PGDM in Human Resources, HR specialization, or HR-related certifications will be given preference.
Experience Required
Minimum 6 months to 1 year of experience in Human Resources, Recruitment, HR Operations, Talent Acquisition, or related functions.
Mandatory Skills
Fluent verbal and written communication in English and Hindi.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Positive problem-solving and multitasking skills.
