Duties & Responsibilities:
In-depth knowledge of the European Train Control System (ETCS) and its onboard subsystems or other train control systems such as CBTC, PTC.
Experience in obsolescence management within the railway industry or similar domains with safety-critical systems.
Systems Thinking: Ability to understand the big picture.
Robust analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to evaluate technical risks and make informed decisions.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with diverse teams and external suppliers.
Hands-on experience with Change Management tools such as IBM Rational ClearQuest.

Skills & Qualifications:
9+ years of experience in a similar role.
Outstanding communication skills.
Analytical and problem-solving skills.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent education or work experience in conjunction with corresponding additional qualifications required for this role.
