Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Functional Analyst specializing in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (F&O;) to join our team. This role combines deep financial expertise with functional implementation capabilities, focusing on delivering end-to-end solutions using up-to-date DevOps practices and agile methodologies.
Key Responsibilities
Lead functional design and implementation of D365 F&O; solutions, with particular emphasis on financial modules including General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Expense Management, Tax and Financial Reporting
Configure and customize financial processes, workflows, and business rules according to business requirements
Architect and develop custom solutions and integrations within the D365 F&O; platform
Document complex business report requirements for delivery by third parties
Manage solution deployment and release management using Azure DevOps
Provide functional leadership in agile project delivery, including sprint planning, backlog refinement, and sprint reviews
Troubleshoot complex functional and technical issues across the F&O; platform
Mentor junior team members on functional best practices and financial process implementation
Requirements
5+ years of experience implementing Dynamics 365 F&O; or AX2012 across the globe
Robust understanding of financial processes, accounting principles, and regulatory requirements
Proven experience with Azure DevOps, build and release pipelines is a bonus
Proficiency in SQL, SSRS, and Power Platform integration
Experience with agile methodologies and sprint-based d
