As an Oracle Finance Functional Manager, you will play a pivotal role in guiding client engagements within our Finance Technology - Oracle Core ERP practice. You will leverage your expertise in Oracle Finance to deliver tailored solutions that meet client needs, driving efficiency and innovation in their financial operations. As a Manager, you will lead teams, manage client accounts, and focus on strategic planning and mentoring junior staff.



You are accountable for confirming project success and maintaining standards, enhancing your leadership style to motivate, develop, and inspire others to deliver quality. You will be responsible for coaching, leveraging team member’s unique strengths, and managing performance to deliver on client expectations.

In this role at PwC Acceleration Center India, you will be at the forefront of digital core modernization, working within our Oracle competency network to transform client financial systems. Your ability to embrace technology and innovation will be crucial in enhancing delivery and encouraging others to do the same.
