Role Responsibilities:
Lead field recovery operations across Mumbai & Pune, managing TLs and external vendors.
Monitor CRR metrics and ensure audit and quality standards at the vendor level.
Implement capacity planning, portfolio allocation, and performance tracking.
Resolve escalations and improve collection strategy through departmental coordination.
Job Requirements:
5–10 years of unsecured loan or consumer durable collections experience in NBFC/Fintech/Banking.
Proven experience in leading large field teams and vendor oversight.
Robust MS Excel and presentation skills; able to derive insights from data.
Open to travel; robust leadership, planning, and communication abilities.
