Role & responsibilities
Manage & support Oracle databases (11g, 12c, 19c) in a production workplace.
Hands-on experience with Oracle RAC for high availability and clustering.
Perform database monitoring, troubleshooting, and performance tuning .
Handle L2 incidents, patching, and backup/recovery (RMAN) .
Work with Data Guard for disaster recovery and replication.
Implement security policies, user access controls, and database auditing .
Automate routine tasks using Shell scripting or PL/SQL .
Collaborate with application teams and escalate critical issues to L3 support.
