Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor's in Computer Science or equivalent with 6 to 8+ years' experience in designing, analyzing, and troubleshooting large-scale distributed systems
Skilled software development experience in Windows/Mac Kernel driver developer with C/C++
Solid technical expertise on cloud technologies and cloud architectural patterns. Key technology areas include HTTP/HTTPS, Proxy, API services, Containerization, Micro-services, Application monitoring and Elastic scaling.

Preferred Qualifications:




Good knowledge of emerging cyber threats and threat intelligence techniques to detect and remediate threats
Service-Level Agreements (SLAs): Understanding of SLAs and how to ensure compliance.
Documentation: Ability to create and maintain transparent and detailed documentation for troubleshooting procedures and system architecture.
Root Cause Analysis: Skilled in performing post-incident reviews and root cause analysis to prevent future occurrences
