As a Director - Digital Transformation (Client Partner) , you will play a pivotal role in identifying, fostering, and incubating large-scale digital transformation projects for government entities at both central and state levels. Your primary responsibility will be to establish and nurture deep relationships with senior-level government officers, understand their critical pain points and challenges, and propose creative digital solutions that can deliver substantial impact on government services and, ultimately, citizens' lives. This position reports directly to the CEO of the Wadhwani Government Digital Transformation unit.
Key Responsibilities
Government Engagement:
Engage with Senior Government Officials: Build and maintain robust, trusted relationships with senior-level officers and decision-makers across various government departments, ministries, and agencies at both the Central and select State levels.
Understand Government Pain Points: Conduct in-depth discussions and comprehensive needs assessments to pinpoint critical pain points, operational challenges,



and untapped opportunities within government operations and service delivery.

Chance Identification:
Identify Digital Transformation Opportunities: Stay constantly updated on emerging technologies and their practical applications. Proactively identify specific areas where digital transformation projects can significantly enhance government services, improve efficiency, and deliver tangible benefits to citizens.
Analyze Data and Trends: Utilize data-driven insights and relevant industry trends to recommend and prioritize high-impact digital transformation initiatives.
Analyze Government Plans: Meticulously review plan documents from various government departments to identify priority areas, key sectors, and strategic opportunities for digital intervention.
