We are seeking an experienced and driven AGM - Supply Chain with expertise in E-commerce operations, supply chain management, and digital transformation to join our agile team. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of supply chain processes, strategic planning, and procurement, combined with solid project management and digital transformation skills. As AGM, you will lead cross-functional teams, optimize supply chain operations, and ensure seamless execution from procurement to order fulfilment, driving overall business efficiency and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
Supply Chain Planning & Operations :
Oversee and optimize all aspects of the supply chain process, including Demand Planning, MPS (Master Production Scheduling), MRP (Material Requirements Planning), and DRP (Distribution Requirements Planning).
Develop and implement strategies to enhance supply chain efficiency, ensure optimal inventory levels, and reduce operational costs.
Manage purchasing activities to meet service level targets while optimizing working capital.





Procurement & Vendor Management :
Lead procurement strategies for key product categories, ensuring cost optimization, timely deliveries, and solid supplier relationships.
Oversee contract formulation, pricing strategy, and negotiations with vendors to mitigate risks and ensure favourable terms for the organization.
Manage vendor performance and drive supplier capability assessments, ensuring quality and reliability standards are met.

Operational Excellence & Continuous Improvement :
Drive continuous improvement initiatives across supply chain functions using Lean, Six Sigma, and other process improvement methodologies to optimize productivity, quality, and cost.
Implement operational best practices and monitor key metrics such as Order Fill Rate (OTIF), capacity utilization, and lead time reduction.
Lead teams to solve complex business problems and deliver significant ROI improvements.
