To carry out all physical testing like to presentation & crushing, fineness, standard consistency, setting time, Lime reactivity of Pozzolana (Fly Ash), Drying shrinkage of Pozzolana (Fly Ash), soundness testing by Le-chatelier & Autoclave etc., of daily clinker and cement (Grinding & Packing, Grade Wise).
To carry out internal calibration of all Physical Laboratory equipment.
Maintaining BIS, IMS and other related records.
To maintain relative humidity and temperature in Physical Laboratory.
To ensure sampling of Pozzolana (Fly Ash) and ensure healthiness of all physical lab equipment.
Bag Testing: Testing and sampling of PP Bags, making report in excel sheet and quality inspection in SAP.
Maintain spare parts of all equipment. Conduct lab ball will trial of grinding aid and product optimization.
MIS Work & maintain all quality reports and product reports.
To maintain valuable housekeeping at Physical Lab, maintain secure work practices and use of PPEs, dentify and ensure the energy saving prospects in respective area.
