As Service Engineer, your work will focus on these responsibilities:
Managing and coordinating the work of team members.
Ensuring compliance with safety and operational procedures.
Monitoring performance and productivity.
Addressing any issues or emergencies that arise during the shift.
Reporting on shift activities and outcomes to higher management.
Required Qualification : Diploma Mechanical | BE Mechanical
Required Experience : 5 to 7 years
The role requires robust leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Other required skills :
Relevant technical academic degree, coupled with years of expertise in Wartsila Lifecycle Products and Services
