We are seeking an experienced and disciplined IT Project Manager to lead the successful delivery of enterprise-grade technology solutions, including ERP, CRM, RPA, and custom web and mobile development. The ideal candidate will bring hands-on expertise in project delivery, a robust understanding of SLAs and quality metrics, and a proven ability to manage large, distributed teams and multiple projects simultaneously.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage 1–3 concurrent projects across enterprise platforms including ERP, CRM, RPA, and custom development (web and mobile).
Lead teams of 10+ resources (employees and contractors) across different functional and technical domains.
Drive all phases of the project lifecycle including kickoff meetings, cadence calls, requirements gathering, design and status reviews.
Serve as a key customer-facing stakeholder ensuring explicit communication, transparency, and satisfaction throughout project delivery.
Ensure projects are delivered on schedule, within scope, and within budget while maintaining quality standards.
