Job description:
Profile : Functional Consultant (Business Analyst / Technical Profile - ASP.NET)
Experience : 4 to 6 years
Location - Mumbai
Notice Period ; Immediate to 20 Days Max
Responsibility:
Conduct client meetings to comprehensively grasp their CRM and process prerequisites.
Re-engineer business processes to guarantee the seamless deployment of CRM with precision.
Responsible for the implementation of client systems.
Translate client requirements into system configurations and custom developments, while also formulating a feasible delivery timeline.
Develop data migration and integration mappings.
Generate web service specifications for integration, finalization, and testing purposes.
Effectively address technical challenges related to servers, authentication, IIS, Exchange, SQL,



and other technologies associated with CRM.
Effective communication, problem-solving, and analytical abilities.
Proficient in eliciting customer requirements through various methods.
Solid grasp of process flows.
Skilled in configuring platforms to align with business needs.
Excellent customer relations skills.
Understanding of technology frameworks.

Proficiency:
Valuable knowledge of documentation -BRD, FRD, SRS.
Involve in gathering business requirement, Client interaction etc.
Exposure to SQL
Exposure to Asp.net/C# with an understanding of Web services, JavaScript, and JSON
