Develop and implement custom/out of the box applications, features, and integrations within the Salesforce platform.
Collaborate with business analysts, product owners, and other stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements.
Create and maintain technical documentation, including design specifications, test plans, and user guides.
Ensure the quality and performance of Salesforce solutions through rigorous testing and debugging.
Provide ongoing support and maintenance for Salesforce applications, including troubleshooting and resolving issues.
Stay up to date with the latest Salesforce technologies and best practices.

Qualifications
5+ years of experience as a Salesforce Developer
Experience in Sales, Service, Marketing and Experience Cloud
Solid proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Web Components




Experience with Salesforce advanced configuration and administration.
Experience with data migration and integrations (REST SOAP).
Solid problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Exposure to agile delivery (Scrum) and tools such as ADO

Preferred Qualification
Completed Advanced Salesforce Administrator Certification
Completed Salesforce Platform App Builder Certification
Familiarity in driving business readiness training and requirements
Exposure to customer centric design principles
Understanding of food/agriculture industry sector
Industry certification (Examples include Salesforce, ITIL, agile, six sigma, etc .)
