Responsibilities:
Participate in the complete software development lifecycle, from understanding business requirements to coding, testing, and deployment.
Design, develop, and maintain test automation frameworks and scripts for multiple application platforms (Web, Mobile, API).
Create and manage test repositories including scenarios, cases, steps, priorities, and metrics.
Perform test automation and execute test cases using programming languages such as Python, C#, or Javascript.
Manage CI/CD activities in coordination with DevSecOps practices.
Review code, write unit tests, and analyze test outcomes with a programmer's mindset.
Ensure quality, reliability, and compliance of product deliverables.
Understand distributed system architecture, component layers, and algorithms to guide testing strategies.
Work with performance and security testing tools/frameworks.
Collaborate with stakeholders to maintain high-quality standards and mentor junior team members.
Exposure or knowledge of pharma regulatory, quality, risk management, and process validation is a plus.
