Location: Delhi - Dwarka (work from office)
We are looking for a dedicated Application Support Specialist with a minimum of 1 years of experience. The ideal candidate should have robust ADVANCE EXCEL knowledge & SQL COMMAND knowledge.
Experience in the CRM or banking domain, which would be a significant advantage.

Key Responsibilities:
Has to work on Advance Excel ( Vlookup, Hlookup, Pivot Table )
Generating Reports ( Data Analysis )
Extracting Reports by using SQL Commands
Handling Customer Queries and answering them and resolving them, through mails.
Troubleshoot and resolve basic application-related problems.
Collaborate with the development team to implement fixes and improvements.
Monitor application performance and ensure optimal functionality.




Conduct regular system maintenance and updates.
Provide user training and support as needed.

Required Skills:
Positive Knowledge in SQL Commands / Queries.
Strong proficiency in Advance Excel ( Vlookup, Hlookup, Pivot Table )
Experience with CRM systems or within the banking domain is a plus.
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
Solid communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

Special Instructions:
The candidate will be provided a 2-week free training. Upon completion of this training, a final interview will be conducted. The candidate will be offered a position contingent upon successfully clearing the training period.
