Key Responsibilities:
Manage multiple flare-related projects from sales turnover through completion.
Maintain day-to-day communications with clients, Zeeco headquarters, global offices, and sub-vendors.
Oversee quality of deliverables, schedules, man-hour budgets, and produce weekly/monthly status reports.
Lead project teams effectively to meet project goals.
Develop technical mechanical specifications, review/approve client specs, prepare procurement packages, evaluate bids, and issue orders.
Coordinate vendor drawing/data reviews, expedite deliveries, and ensure timely supply to sites.
Participate in HAZOP and SIL reviews.
Maintain ISO audit documentation and compliance.
Take full responsibility for management and engineering of projects/contracts.
Act as sole communication point from order receipt through shipment and equipment turnover.
Protect project margins by managing chargeable hours, costs, and scope changes.
Review specifications and confirm scope of supply against sales quotations.
