Urgent Hiring for State Head - Channel Sales:
Experience:
8+ Years in Channel Sales / FMCG / LPG / Energy / Industrial Products or related industries

Key Responsibilities:
Drive state-level sales through channel partners, dealers, and distributors.
Appoint, develop, and manage dealer and distributor networks to expand market presence.
Lead and mentor the state sales team to achieve business targets.
Develop and execute sales strategies to maximize revenue and market share.
Monitor dealer performance, ROI, and business growth initiatives.
Ensure effective territory coverage and strengthen customer relationships.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams for smooth operations and timely deliveries.
Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and identify current business opportunities.
Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales objectives while maintaining profitability.
