Key ResponsibilitiesBusiness Growth & Lead Generation
Identify, develop, and convert current business prospects within the IT and digital marketing sectors.
Generate leads through networking, cold outreach, industry events, referrals, and digital channels.
Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline to meet revenue targets.

Client Relationship Management




Conduct discovery meetings to understand client needs and present tailored solutions.
Develop pricing proposals, negotiate contracts, and close deals effectively.
Foster long-term relationships with clients to maximise retention and upsell opportunities.

Strategy & Collaboration
Collaborate with marketing, design, and operations teams to deliver client-specific strategies.
Analyse market trends, competitor activities, and industry shifts to identify growth opportunities.
Provide feedback to internal teams for service improvement and product innovation.

Reporting & Documentation
Maintain accurate records of sales activities in CRM tools.
Prepare weekly/monthly reports on sales performance, revenue forecasts, and market insights.
Ensure all documentation—from proposals to agreements—is completed accurately and on time.
