Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Senior Architect / Planner to handle architectural planning, technical drawings, and multidisciplinary coordination for ongoing projects. The role requires solid design, technical, and team collaboration skills.

Key Responsibilities
Prepare and review planning layouts, master plans, and design concepts.
Develop and check technical / working drawings and documentation.
Coordinate with MEP, Structural engineers, consultants, and internal teams.
Ensure compliance with building codes, standards, and regulations.
Support project timelines, client meetings, and design presentations.

Requirements:
B.Arch / M.Arch or equivalent qualification.
Minimum 5 years of relevant architectural experience.
Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp or similar tools.
Strong knowledge of construction detailing, materials, and BIM (preferred).
Positive communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.

Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹85,000.00 per month
