Position: Technical Support Associate
Location: Bommanahalli, Bangalore
Qualification: 12th Pass / PUC / Any Graduate
Experience: Freshers Only
Shift: Rotational Shifts
Weekly Offs: 2 Rotational Offs
Salary: 18,000 – 19,000 Take-Home per month
Transportation: 2-Way Cab Facility Provided
Work Mode: Work From Office (WFO)
Age Limit: Up to 30 Years
Key Responsibilities
Provide technical support and assistance to customers.
Resolve customer queries through calls, emails, or chats.




Troubleshoot basic technical issues and provide appropriate solutions.
Ensure excellent customer service and customer satisfaction.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.

Eligibility Criteria
Excellent communication skills in English.
Basic computer and troubleshooting knowledge.
Willingness to work in rotational shifts.
Immediate joiners or candidates serving up to 15 days' notice period preferred.
