Key Responsibilities
Analyze and migrate client/carrier data to TPA systems and various databases.
Perform data conversion, validation, and reconciliation during migration.
Analyze and map data fields across multiple systems.
Understand and document business rules and data requirements.
Identify data gaps, inconsistencies, and transformation requirements.
Work closely with clients, business teams, and stakeholders to understand requirements.
Support data migration activities and ensure data accuracy and completeness.
Translate business requirements into data mapping and business rules.

Mandatory Skills
Data Analysis & Business Rules Analysis
Solid knowledge of Insurance Claims and TPA domain
Experience in data migration and data mapping
Strong understanding of business rules across multiple systems




Excellent client and stakeholder management skills

Candidate Profile
8+ years of overall experience with solid relevant experience in Data Analysis.
Proven experience working in the Insurance / Claims / TPA domain.
Ability to independently analyze complex data and business rules.
Strong communication skills with the ability to work directly with clients and stakeholders.
