About the Role:
We are seeking a highly capable Senior Full Stack Engineer – Cross Cooperative AI Platform to take our proprietary internal AI platform from MVP to a scalable, production-grade solution serving 500+ users.
Reporting directly to the AI Lead (Product Owner), this is a hands-on, individual contributor role with full ownership of engineering delivery. You will design, build, and scale a unified AI workspace that supports commercial, R&D;, and engineering teams—replacing fragmented processes with a single,



always-on digital intelligence layer.
This position offers a unique prospect to work at the forefront of applied AI within an advanced manufacturing workplace, owning the platform end-to-end across infrastructure, backend, frontend, security, and deployment.

Role Responsibilities:
Deliver against a fully specified solution plan, working autonomously and progressing build phases independently
Provision and manage Azure PaaS cloud infrastructure (compute, storage, search, serverless functions, static hosting) using Bicep, Terraform, or ARM templates
Develop secure backend services and API layers using Node.js or Python, including data persistence and audit logging structures
Extend and enhance the existing React 18 / TypeScript / Vite frontend without rewriting the codebase
Implement enterprise authentication using Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD), MSAL.js, and OAuth 2.0 / OIDC flows with role-based acc
