About the Role

We are looking for a creative and driven Brand Marketing & Content Associate who can help strengthen our brand presence through compelling content, effective communication, and engaging marketing campaigns. The ideal candidate should have a passion for storytelling, social media, and brand building in a fast-paced startup environment.

Key Responsibilities
Create and own social media and branding deliverables for SkilloVilla.
Create engaging content for social media, blogs, email campaigns, websites, and marketing initiatives.
Write compelling ad copies, campaign communication, captions, and brand messaging
Support and execute social media strategies to improve brand visibility and engagement




Coordinate marketing campaigns across digital platforms
Stay updated with industry trends, audience behavior, and emerging content formats
Collaborate with design, content, growth, and marketing teams for campaign execution
Support influencer collaborations, branding initiatives, and community engagement activities
Monitor campaign performance and identify opportunities to improve content effectiveness

Required Skills
Strong content writing, branding and social media management skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Valuable understanding of social media platforms and digital marketing
Creative thinking and storytelling ability
Strong knowledge of branding, SEO, and audience engagement
Robust ownership mindset and ability to work in a startup environment

Experience in
