Job Summary
We are looking for a motivated and student-focused Admission Counselor to guide prospective students through the admission process and help them choose the right career-oriented programs.
Key Responsibilities
Counsel students and parents about courses, career opportunities, and institute offerings.
Handle walk-ins, phone calls, online inquiries, and follow-ups professionally.
Assist students through the admission process, documentation, and enrollment.
Maintain accurate records of leads, admissions, and student interactions.
Achieve admission targets through effective communication and relationship building.
Coordinate with the marketing and academic teams for smooth admissions.
Provide excellent customer service and maintain a positive institute experience for students.
Requirements:
Graduate in any discipline.
Robust communication and interpersonal skills.
Positive convincing and counseling abilities.
Basic knowledge of MS Office and online communication tools.
Prior experience in admissions, counseling, sales, or education is preferred.
Manage CRM and record keeping
