Director - FPNA (Insurance)

We are seeking an experienced Director - FPNA (Insurance) to join our team in Gurgaon. The ideal candidate will have a robust background in FPNA Transformation, FP&A; with Invest Management, Expenses Management, FPNA Controllership, Insurance FPNA, FP&A;, FPNA, and FPNA Insurance. This is a senior leadership role that requires a minimum of 20 years of experience.

Responsibilities
Lead the FPNA Transformation initiative to drive business growth and improve financial performance.
Develop and implement FP&A; strategies to optimize investment management and expenses management.
Provide FPNA Controllership to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting.
Oversee Insurance FPNA functions to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business decisions and strategy.
Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders,



including investors and regulatory bodies.

Requirements
Minimum 20 years of experience in FPNA, FP&A;, and Insurance FPNA.
Proven track record of leading FPNA Transformation initiatives and driving business growth.
Robust expertise in FP&A; with invest management and expenses management.
FPNA Controllership experience with a strong understanding of financial reporting and regulatory requirements.
Excellent leadership and communication skills with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
