Budget and resource management: Monitor project spending and manage the budget to ensure profitability and adherence to financial constraints.
Risk and quality control: Identify and assess project risks, develop mitigation plans, and ensure that the project's deliverables meet quality standards and client expectations.
Communication: Act as a primary point of contact, communicate project status to management, and liaise with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders.
Compliance and safety: Ensure the project adheres to all relevant company policies, legal procedures, and safety regulations, including maintaining a secure work setting.
