We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Associate specializing in SAP Fieldglass to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a robust background in SAP Fieldglass implementations, configurations, support, rollouts, and testing, with expertise in contingent workforce and services procurement . This role requires close collaboration with both SAP and non-SAP integrations and supports global operations in a 2 PM to 11 PM shift .
Key Responsibilities
SAP Fieldglass Expertise
Lead and manage SAP Fieldglass implementations for Contingent Workforce and Services Procurement (SOW-based services) .
Configure and support Profile Worker functionalities and custom reporting .
Set up and manage integrations between SAP Fieldglass and SAP Ariba, SAP ECC/S4HANA, and SAP SuccessFactors .
Oversee master data configurations and ensure accurate reporting setups.

Project Methodology & Execution




Utilize Agile/Activate Project Methodology for structured project execution.
Conduct requirement gathering, fit-gap analysis, system configuration, customization, cutover, and Go-live activities .
Ensure seamless business process flow integration between SAP Fieldglass and connected platforms.

Integration & Support
Work on SAP and non-SAP system integrations , ensuring smooth data flow and process alignment.
Provide day-to-day support , including defect analysis and issue resolution for system stability and performance.

Mandatory Skills
SAP Fieldglass Expertise in:
Contingent Workforce & Services Procurement (SOW-based services).
Profile Worker functionality & Custom Reporting .
