We are looking for a Finance & Accounting Intern to assist with day-to-day finance operations, maintain accurate records, and support financial reporting and documentation. This is a hands-on role suited for candidates eager to apply their academic knowledge in a practical business setting.

Key Responsibilities
Assist in Maintaining Daily Records: Support the finance team in recording and updating daily expenses, payments received, and vendor payouts to ensure accurate bookkeeping and up-to-date financial tracking.
Organize and Verify Financial Documents: Systematically file, cross-check, and verify bills, purchase orders, quotations, and supporting documentation required for invoice clearance and audit purposes.
Prepare Basic Financial Statements and Reports: Help draft summary-level reports such as cash flow overviews, vendor payment summaries, and monthly expense sheets under supervision.
Enter and Reconcile Transactions: Post financial transactions into Excel, Tally, Zoho Books, or QuickBooks and assist in reconciling account balances with bank statements,



vendor ledgers, and internal logs.
Support in Tax and Compliance Documentation: Assist with maintaining records for GST filings, TDS deductions, vendor declarations, and other compliance documentation as per standard practices.
Project-Wise Profitability and Cost Tracking: Help prepare reports for evaluating the cost incurred and profitability margins of individual solar projects by coordinating with the technical and procurement teams.
Coordinate with Internal Departments: Collect, verify, and organize finance-related data from operations, procurement, and site teams to ensure all financial records are accurate and timely.

Skills Required
Basic knowledge of accounting principles and finance operations
Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets (formulas, pivot tables, basic reporting)
Familiarity with any accounting software (Tally, Zoho Books, QuickBooks, etc.) is a plus
