Regional Manager
to lead regional business operations, drive sales and profitability, strengthen channel relationships, and ensure effective branch and team performance. The role is ideal for experienced professionals from the
Home Loans/Housing Finance sector
with strong leadership and regional business exposure.

Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage
Relationship, Customer Service, Branch and Cluster Managers
across the region.
Drive regional
sales, business growth, productivity and target achievement
.
Build and manage relationships with
builders and channel partners
through networking and marketing initiatives.
Ensure prudent
credit checks and timely loan disbursals
.
Oversee branch operations, administration and multi-site performance.
Monitor collections and support resolution of
NPA properties
.




Drive profitability while maintaining a strong
risk and compliance-focused sales culture
.
Ensure a solid customer experience while adhering to company policies.

Candidate Profile
15–20 years of experience
in the Home Loans/Housing Finance sector.
Solid experience in
regional sales and team leadership
.
Proven ability to manage
multiple branches/sites and large teams
.
Robust understanding of
sales, credit, collections and financial aspects
.
Good knowledge of
consumer behaviour and market dynamics
.
Strong stakeholder management, communication and decision-making skills.
Technology-oriented and result-driven approach.
