Job Description :

We are looking for a skilled
Senior ServiceNow Administrator / Developer
with robust experience in
ITSM, IT Asset Management (HAM/SAM), CMDB, Discovery, Service Mapping, scripting, and integrations
. The candidate will be responsible for administering, enhancing, troubleshooting, and supporting the ServiceNow platform while ensuring stability, security, and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities
Administer and support ServiceNow ITSM modules including
Incident, Problem, Change, Service Catalog, and Knowledge Management
.
Implement and maintain
Hardware Asset Management (HAM)
and
Software Asset Management (SAM)
processes.
Manage and maintain the
CMDB
, ensuring accurate CI data, relationships, and data integrity.
Configure and troubleshoot
ServiceNow Discovery and Service Mapping
.
Develop and manage integrations with
Active Directory, Microsoft 365, SCCM, Intune
, and other enterprise systems.




Configure
Business Rules, UI Policies, Client Scripts, Flow Designer, workflows, and automation
.
Manage ServiceNow users, roles, permissions, and
ACLs
.
Troubleshoot and resolve complex ServiceNow platform and configuration issues.
Support software license compliance, contract management, and IT asset lifecycle processes.
Collaborate with infrastructure, security, application, and other IT teams to resolve technical issues.
Plan and manage ServiceNow platform upgrades, including feature assessment, testing, stakeholder coordination, and deployment.
Identify recent ServiceNow capabilities and recommend improvements to business processes.
Ensure user issues are resolved within agreed
SLA/performance metrics
.
Follow ServiceNow and ITIL best practices and maintain platform security and stability.
