About the Role

We’re looking for a results-driven Performance Marketer to own and scale paid acquisition across digital channels for our D2C brand. This role is highly analytical and execution-focused, responsible for driving revenue growth through productive customer acquisition and retention strategies.

Key Responsibilities
Plan, execute, and optimize paid marketing campaigns across platforms such as:
Meta (Facebook & Instagram)
Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube, Shopping)
Other performance channels.
Own performance metrics including
ROAS, CAC, CPA, LTV, conversion rate, and AOV
Continuously test and iterate on:
Ad creatives (copies, visuals, videos)
Audiences and targeting strategies
Landing pages and funnels (in collaboration with design/product teams)
Scale winning campaigns while maintaining profitability
Analyze campaign performance and share actionable insights through regular reports
Work closely with creative, content, and product teams to align messaging and offers
Manage marketing budgets and ensure efficient spend allocation




Implement and monitor tracking (Pixels, GA, events, attribution tools)

Required Skills & Qualifications
Proven experience in
performance marketing for D2C or e-commerce brands
Hands-on expertise with
Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads
Strong analytical skills with the ability to turn data into decisions
Understanding of full-funnel marketing and customer journey
Experience with A/B testing and conversion rate optimization (CRO)
Familiarity with analytics and tracking tools (Google Analytics, GTM, etc.)
Robust ownership mindset and ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Valuable to Have
Experience scaling campaigns with monthly high budgets.
Knowledge of email/SMS performance marketing (Klaviyo, etc.)
Experience with marketplaces or omnichannel D2C brands
Basic understanding of creative performance principles
Startup or high-growth brand experience
